As a patient of Sacramento Bariatric Medical Associates, you have unique access to our providers through secure email.   

            To access the system:  go to www.sacbariatric.com

Click on ‘patient community’
Choose “Register” on the right hand side of the page

Once you have registered it will take a few days for the staff to confirm you as a patient and approve your account. When you have been approved an email with the login URL will be sent to your registered email account.

The Patient Community Website is limited to patients, doctors and support staff, it is private. You can also privately email questions or comments to the staff at Sacramento Bariatric. The direct link is http://bb.sacbar.com/idealbb/contact.asp or you can use the “Contact Us” link located on the bottom of the webpage.

You are then able to directly email any provider you wish.  Anything from questions regarding diet, activity, and scheduling appointments may be completed online.  Please submit an email address so that we can respond back to you in a timely manner.

Support group meetings are free for all patients of Sacramento Bariatric.  You may refer to the website for meeting times, subject matter and location. 

Enclosed for you is a wallet card that will allow you to order from the children’s menu in order to obtain smaller portions when dining out.  We hope that you find these useful.
